Full demo video, extended benchmark, and a fix pass
An eight-minute walkthrough is now on YouTube, from master data entry to shop-floor execution — planning, sequencing, and launch end to end. The benchmark was extended to exercise the full capability of the engine across a wide set of scheduling scenarios, constraint types, and resource configurations, measuring solver quality, cycle time, and stability rather than a single happy path. That campaign also drove a long fix pass across sequencing, launch and unlaunch of work orders, parking alerts, maximum-lag relaxation, date and time pickers, preference storage, and Gantt scrolling.
A quick launch menu in the header gives one-click access to the most used screens, and a breadcrumb bar underneath shows exactly where you are in the navigation — menus expand and collapse so the full tree stays reachable without eating space. Notifications now surface in the top-right corner with a dedicated panel listing what happened and when, and a progress indicator tracks every background load, so long-running requests are no longer silent.
Caching, warm-up, and multi-user WIP safety
Reference data is served from a dedicated backend cache group, pre-loaded at startup and invalidated automatically when data changes; the frontend caches bootstrap responses, the application signature and licence are warmed up before the first request, and login is noticeably faster. Several planners can now work on the same scenario safely: the WIP cache tracks who changed the plan, and if someone else has already modified and saved it, Phoenix detects the stale data, warns you, and offers to reload instead of silently overwriting their work.
Multi-language support
Phoenix APS now speaks your language. The entire user interface is fully translated across 7 languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian. Select your preferred language from the header and the app adapts instantly.
Windows installer now available
The Phoenix APS Windows installer is available on GitHub. It bundles the Angular frontend, .NET APIs, nginx reverse proxy, and SQL Server database backups into a single setup package.
The public website for the Phoenix APS personal, non-commercial project is now live. It will be enhanced with screenshots, docs, and an invitation-only beta.
Planning experience improvements
Editable adjustments to the initial schedule, refresh/update functions, and alerts when constraints are broken (capacity, material, precedence).
Localization & distribution
Interface translation work is underway. We’re also testing the distribution package across environments to simplify pilot deployment.
